About Take the Reins

Take the Reins specializes in working with people with disabilities, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, spiritual trauma, and career concerns.

We offer Movement Therapy (such as Qigong), Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy in-person or virtually, over video or phone.

I studied Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling at Portland State University, graduating with a Master's Degree in Counseling in 2022.

I'm passionate about helping folks navigate the challenges of living with disabilities like chronic pain, fatigue, and even the complex wounds of religious trauma.
