Weaving Wisdom: A Counselor's Tapestry of Curiosity and Care
Ever gaze at the stars and feel your worries shrink to pinpricks against the cosmic canvas? That's the kind of perspective I bring to my counseling practice. My journey, much like yours, is a blend of exploration and growth, built on a foundation of curiosity and compassion.
Like you, I'm fascinated by the stories we carry. My own Oregon roots run deep, and delving into family histories reminds me that we're all chapters in a longer narrative. Exploring the world, whether through podcasts, documentaries, or a stroll along the Oregon coast, fuels my passion for understanding the human experience in all its shades.
Animals hold a special place in my heart. Their innate wisdom whispers lessons about presence and acceptance, lessons I strive to incorporate into my work. And when life gets overwhelming, you'll find me seeking solace in the cozy glow of Hygge—a reminder that simple joys and quiet connections hold hidden strengths.
Ultimately, I believe therapy is a shared journey, a weaving of your story with your past, present and future, and where vulnerabilities become stepping stones and challenges spark possibilities. If you're ready to zoom out, delve deeper, and embrace the wisdom within, come walk with me. Let's weave a tapestry of resilience, understanding, and hope, together.
